Due to the cost of maintenance, the following fees are required, with 50% required to hold the reservation, and the remainder due at time of use.

Sanctuary 8 hours ($300.00)
Fellowship Hall 4 hours ($100.00)		  
     
We will refrain from smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages and throwing rice/confetti while using the facility. I understand that it is our responsibility to return the room(s) we use back to the original setup before we leave.
